How many people can fit on a carriage? Generally, our carriage accommodates 4 adults. For groups of more than 4 adults, we split the actual route into two smaller rounds. While waiting, guests can either stop by the restaurant or take a walk.

Getting to the meeting point for the carriage rides:
Our meeting points in the village Völs can be reached quickly and easily from many vacation resorts around Innsbruck.
- From the western and south-eastern low mountain ranges (e.g. Götzens, Axams, Mutters, Natters, Igls, Lans, Patsch) you can reach us in less than 30 minutes.
- You can also reach us in a short time from valleys such as the Stubaital and Wipptal.
- Public transport connections are also good, especially from Innsbruck city center and the neighboring villages (Kematen, Oberperfuss, Kranebitten, Telfs, Zirl, Sellrain, ...)
Important information:
- Carriage rides can only be booked in advance.
- Our carriage offers space for 4 adults.
- There is a restaurant, two cafés and a supermarket within walking distance of the starting and meeting point of the carriage ride.
- The meeting point, including arrival options and parking spaces, will be announced directly at the time of booking, depending on the chosen carriage ride (round).
- If there is not enough snow in winter, the horse-drawn sleigh rides take place by carriage as an alternative.
- All carriage rides are round trips.

Snow, rain, or wind doesn’t stop us, though our carriage is not covered. The decision is yours: If the weather is uncertain, you’ll have the option to decide, free of charge, whether the ride should take place or not, one day before. Cancellations are of course free of charge.
